Everything is energy. Emotions, memories, physical touch, etc. So, when we have a negative experience that we do not process appropriately, we can experience side affects from this stagnant energy. This can cause anxiety, PTSD, limiting beliefs and many other mental and physical health issues. As a Reiki practitioner it is my job to work with positive healing energy to help heal negative stagnant energy in the body.
What is Reiki? Reiki is a Japanese stress reduction technique that helps stimulate relaxation within the body as well as stimulating the body’s own natural healing response. Reiki is generally done in person but it can also be done through distance healing.
